All right, on to today’s topic: another installment of our “Pheromone How-To” series! This week, we’re going to give some advice on combining pheromones!

If you’re new to pheromones, or have been using the same go-to pheromone for years, combining pheromones might not have crossed your mind. But it can be a great way to get the most out of these products! Mixing two or more pheromones together can enhance their best qualities and mask any possible negative side-effects. What’s not to like?

Before we get into our tips, let’s clarify what we mean by “combining pheromones.” There are two ways to do this:

1. Apply multiple pheromones at the same time. For example, apply 1 drop of Alpha-7 to your wrists, and spray Chikara Pheromone Cologne over it.
2. Mix multiple pheromones together in the same container and apply them together. For example, put one part Primal Women and three parts Love Scent Pheromone Oils in a roll-on bottle so you can apply them both quickly and easily whenever you want.

Applying multiple pheromones at the same time is the easiest way to go, but if you find yourself combining the same pheromones every time, you might consider mixing them together in a container. That way your favorite combo will always be ready to go! Just make sure to experiment with different proportions so you know exactly how much of each to add to your mix!

All right, let’s dive into our how-to tips!

 

RULE #1: CHOOSE COMPLEMENTARY PHEROMONES

If you’re new to this whole “combining pheromones” concept, you might be tempted to mix multiple pheromones of the same type. That is, you might be tempted to only mix sex pheromones with sex pheromones, or social pheromones with social pheromones. (We have a rundown on the difference between sexual and social pheromones, for anyone interested!)

Here’s the thing: combining pheromones of the same type is basically just making more of the same. And, in the case of sex pheromones, you might inadvertently give yourself a pheromone pheromone “overdose.” This won’t smell good, and it won’t make you or those around you feel good, either. Mixing social pheromones won’t result in an “overdose,” but it also won’t be much different than just wearing each pheromone by itself.

Of course, if you personally find that combining pheromones of the same type is useful, do what works for you. For example, if you find that Liquid Trust makes people trust you but doesn’t do much to raise your confidence, but Super Primal for Him helps you feel relaxed and confident, then feel free to wear them together!

In general, though, we recommend choosing “complementary pheromones.” These are the pheromones that help bring out each other’s best qualities. Take, for example, the very popular combination of Alpha-7 and Chikara. Alpha-7 is a very potent sex pheromone and contains no social pheromones. It boosts confidence, but can be too aggressive for many people. But combine it with Chikara, with its social pheromones and balanced formula, and you have a nuanced, complex, and very effective mix!

Another complementary combo: New Pheromone Additive for Men (or New Pheromone Additive for Women) and one of the Love Scent Pheromone Oils. The New Pheromone Additives contain a mix of social and sexual pheromones, but some people find that the sex pheromone concentration is a bit too high. Add the social pheromones in the Love Scent Pheromone Oils, and you’ll smooth over the too-intense sex pheromones!

In summary, we generally recommend choosing complementary pheromones for your combos. Only do otherwise if you’re sure combining the same type works for you!

 

RULE #2: CONSIDER FRAGRANCES CAREFULLY

Another thing to consider when combining pheromones: fragrances!

As you probably know, pheromones have a natural odor. The odor ranges from musky to faintly sweet to intensely sour. There are rare pheromones that don’t smell like much, but most of them don’t smell good. This is why cover fragrances are so important! They mask the odd pheromone smell. (Don’t worry: the fragrance doesn’t interfere with the pheromones!)

So, when combining pheromones, you need to consider the fragrance. Some pheromone products already come scented, such as Chikara or the Love Scent Pheromone Oils. Others, such as Alpha-7 or Primal Women, have no fragrance, and need you to add one.

If you’re mixing multiple unscented pheromones together, make sure to add a cover fragrance. It can be your favorite cologne or perfume, an aromatherapy blend, or anything else with a nice smell. If you’re mixing an unscented pheromone with a scented one, no need to add an additional fragrance! The scented pheromone will provide all the fragrance you need.

But what about mixing multiple scented pheromones? For example, maybe you want to mix Chikara Pheromone Cologne with SuperMone Pheromone Cologne. Unfortunately, this probably won’t work out!

You see, while many different pheromones combine well together, the same can’t be said for fragrances. Professional perfumers can spend years perfecting the exact recipe for a particular fragrance. If you mix different fragrances together, the resulting combination might smell lovely. But it’s more likely that it will smell very odd–or worse, that it will smell terrible.

Our advice: leave the perfume mixing to the professionals! In this case, that means: don’t mix two different scented pheromones together. Two unscented pheromones? Great–just remember to add additional fragrance if necessary! A scented pheromone and an unscented pheromone? Perfect! But two scented pheromones? We don’t recommend it!

Bottom line: don’t skip the fragrance when combining pheromones, but don’t mix fragrances, either! This will ensure that your pheromone combo is effective and pleasant to smell.

 

RULE #3: ALWAYS KEEP LEARNING

As you’ve probably learned by now, there’s a bit of trial and error involved with any kind of pheromone experiment. Combining pheromones is no different!

It can take some time to find the right combo for you. Some mixes are going to work great, and some are going to flop. There are plenty of factors influencing which way things go, such as your own body chemistry and the preferences of the people you interact with, so there are a lot of moving parts at play!

If you’ve never experimented with pheromones before, we have plenty of advice. Here’s the quick version for combining pheromones:

• Know what you want. Have clear goals for what you want your pheromone mix to accomplish. That way, you’ll know whether you’ve found a good mix.
• Experiment a lot. A lot of things influence people’s responses to pheromones. If someone is stressed, having a bad day, or not feeling well, even a great mix might not have an effect on them. Try a mix for at least a week to get a good idea of its effects!
• Know how to read people’s responses. If you can’t read body language well, now’s the time to brush up on it! You won’t know if your pheromone mix is working unless you can understand how people are reacting to it.
• Be prepared to tweak. Sometimes a mix just needs a minor adjustment. Maybe you put too much Alpha-7 in your Alpha-7/Chikara mix, and it got people agitated. Add more Chikara to the mix and see what happens! Always try making some adjustments before scrapping the combo entirely.

Our advice: consider this a fun experiment rather than a chore. It’s actually very interesting to see how different combinations effect people! You’ll learn a lot about pheromones, about other people, and about yourself. Keep an open mind and have some fun!
