Customer Questions: Mixing Pheromones
Greetings, Love Scent fans!
This week, we’re going to look at a question we often hear from customers new and old: can these two pheromones be mixed together?
When people ask this question, they’re usually asking about mixing two different pheromone products rather than individual pheromones (for example, they want to know if NPA for Men and Alpha-7 can be mixed together rather than, say, pure AndrosteNOL and pure AndrosteNONE). Many pheromone products already contain a mix of several different individual pheromones to give them a more well-rounded effect. This can make the products more effective, but can also make mixing them together a bit complicated because there are multiple factors and effects to take into account.
If you’re interested in mixing pheromones together, or are wondering if two or more products can be mixed, keep in mind that there are two main reasons to combine different pheromone products: to enhance one of the products, or to balance one of them out.
When you combine products to enhance one of them, you’re trying to bring one of the products’ qualities to the forefront. For example, let’s say you have a product with a mix of social and sexual elements, and you wish that the sexual elements were stronger. Adding another pheromone with purely sexual elements will strengthen and enhance the sexual elements of the first product, while maintaining the social elements that are also beneficial.
On the other hand, when you combine products to balance one of them, you’re trying to soften the intense effects of one of the products. Maybe this time you wish the sexual elements of a particular product were a little less intense because the product is too strong by itself–not so strong that you want to try a completely different product, but strong enough that it’s not as effective as you’d hoped. Adding a pheromone with strong social aspects would help counterbalance the intensity of the sex pheromones and create a more successful product.
In order to know whether multiple products can be mixed together, and whether you’ll be enhancing one of them or balancing one of them out, you’ll need to know how they affect you when worn on their own. (Remember, different products can have different effects on different people for several reasons, including differences in personality and body chemistry.) Mixing multiple products together without any knowledge of their individual effects would be a hectic process. Make sure you’re familiar with the individual products before you jump into mixing them.
Once you’re familiar with a few different products, you can begin to answer the question of whether they can (or should) be mixed together. Simply consider two things: (1) what are the effects of the individual products you plan to mix together, and (2) what do you hope to get out of the mix?
So, let’s say you’re a man who wants to know whether NPA for Men and Alpha-7 can be mixed together. First, try these products on their own. If you’re like most men, you’ll probably find that Alpha-7 has a very strong sexual effect by itself, and that NPA for Men has a milder but distinct sexual effect with some understated social elements as well. Because both are sexual products, you know that mixing them together will create a product that is intensely, probably aggressively sexual–which is not something most men necessarily want, as it would agitate and possibly frighten people rather than attract anyone.
Or let’s say you’re a woman who wants to know whether Seduce for Her and NPA for Women can be mixed together. You’ve tried them on their own, and enjoy NPA for Women’s mix of sexual and social effects, and Seduce’s emotional effects. You know that you can add a layer of emotional intensity to NPA for Women by mixing it with Seduce (and Seduce can double as a cover fragrance to boot), and emotional intensity is what you feel is missing from NPA for Her to begin with. So, pairing these two would indeed create a successful mix, and you can start experimenting.
Now that we’ve covered how to decide whether pheromone can be mixed together, let’s take a look at a few more example pairings that you might like to try!
1. Alpha-7 Unscented + Liquid Trust
This is a combination with the goal of balance in mind. It starts with Alpha-7 Unscented, a sexual, authoritative product that can help transform you into an alpha type–but which can also make you appear intimidating and overbearing, especially if you already have a dominant personality. Enter Liquid Trust, a socially-focused product that gives the wearer a dependable, friendly, trustworthy aura–just the qualities that Alpha-7 alone usually doesn’t do much to help with. The end result is a mix that gives you a sexually magnetic presence without making people too intimidated to come over and talk to you: the Liquid Trust preserves Alpha-7’s good qualities while smoothing out potentially unpleasant side effects.
Both Alpha-7 Unscented and Liquid Trust contain no cover fragrance, and this combo should be used with a scent of some kind for best results. Apply a drop of Alpha-7 to your pulse points, cover with 1 or 2 sprays of Liquid Trust, and then spray on your favorite scent.
Alpha-7 Unscented is available in the 1 ml trial-size Alpha-7 Mini for $14.95 or a full-size 10 ml dripper bottle for $59.95; Liquid Trust is available in a 7.5 ml atomizer for $29.95. Try this combination today!
2. Super Primal for Her + Love Scent Pheromone Oils
This is another balanced combo. Super Primal for Her contains the potent sex pheromone AndrosteNONE, which increases sexual magnetism and confidence but which can also give someone an overbearing impression. The Love Scent Pheromone Oils, on the other hand, contain the mood-elevating and stress-reducing pheromone AndrosteNOL, which is often used to balance out stronger sex pheromones and smooth out their rough edges. When used together, these pheromones make you sexually and socially magnetic, keeping you appealing and approachable. It’s a great combo in particular for those new to sex pheromones.
Super Primal for Her is unscented, but the Love Scent Pheromone Oils contain a fragrance (you have a choice of 10 different scents when ordering). The Love Scent Pheromone Oils can therefore double as a cover scent in this combo. Apply Super Primal to your pulse points, and add a few drops of the Love Scent Pheromone Oils over it.
A large 2 oz eyedropper bottle of Super Primal for Her is $59.95, and a 3.7 ml bottle of any of the Love Scent Pheromone Oils scents is $9.95. Order them today!
3. NPA for Women + Arome de Femme
This combination is one with the aim of enhancement. NPA for Women is a balanced formula with both sexual and social elements, while Arome de Femme is a purely sexual formula containing the female sex pheromones known as copulins. If you’ve tried NPA for Women and wish its sexual elements were stronger or more intense, adding a spray or two of Arome de Femme can help you achieve your goal. The mood-elevating social elements of the NPA for Women will still be there, but its sexual effects will be strengthened to give your sex appeal a boost.
Like most unscented pheromones, NPA for Women requires a cover fragrance to achieve its best results; in this pairing, Arome de Femme doubles as that cover fragrance, as it already contains an appealing French-inspired perfume. Apply 1-2 drops of NPA for Women to your pulse points and spray the Arome de Femme over it.
A 15 ml bottle of NPA for Women is yours for $54.95, and a 15 ml atomizer of Arome de Femme is $59.95. If you’re looking for a balanced but undoubtedly sexual mix, give these two a try!
4. NPA for Men + Chikara Pheromone Cologne
This is another mix with the goal of enhancement. There is a fair amount of overlap in the ingredients found in NPA for Men and Chikara Pheromone Cologne: both contain the potent sex pheromone AndrosteNONE, the male sex pheromone AndrostaDIENONE, and the social pheromone AndrosteNOL. The concentration of these pheromones found in NPA for Men, however, is slightly higher, but NPA for Men does not contain all the pheromones found in Chikara Pheromone Cologne (which also contains the milder sex pheromone AndrosteRONE, which serves to balance out some of the more intense sex pheromones without dampening their effects). Using these two products together intensifies the effects of the core pheromones while bringing another element of balance to the end product.
In this mix, Chikara Pheromone Cologne also acts as a cover fragrance: NPA for Men contains no scent, and should be combined with one for best results. Apply a drop of NPA for Men to the pulse points, and spray Chikara over it as both a cover fragrance and enhancer.
NPA for Men is available in a 10 ml dripper bottle for $44.95; Chikara Pheromone Cologne is available in a 1 ml trial size Chikara Mini for $14.95 or a 15 ml spray bottle for $59.95. Try this powerful combination today!

I would mix two fragrance for a ligth crisp smell
Hello,
A lot of people like to mix fragrances. We do recommend testing out a small amount of a fragrance mix before wearing it, because different fragrances can sometimes clash due to conflicting fragrance notes. But the experimenting can be fun!
