Hello, Love Scent fans!

2017 has arrived! People are counting down the final hours of 2016 all over the world; some of you have already rung in the new year. Happy New Year to all of you! Let’s hope that 2017 is a good one.

Now, raise your hand if New Year’s resolutions are a tradition where you come from. (My hand is raised, by the way.) Even if you don’t participate in this particular tradition, you’re probably familiar with it: as people toast the New Year, they share their resolutions for the months to come–something they want to accomplish before 2017 is over. A new year on
the calendar offers a nice, clear-cut opportunity to make changes big and small to our lives.

If you’re familiar with the tradition, you’re probably also aware that New Year’s resolutions tend to be very difficult to keep. New years don’t always cooperate with us, and it can be hard to stick to our goals as work, family obligations, and random events get in the way. At Love Scent, we hope that you’re able to accomplish every goal you set for yourself as you welcome the new year, and want you to have every advantage you can as you work to accomplish them.

So let’s cover some of the most common New Year’s resolutions, and how some of the products available here at Love Scent can help you accomplish those goals.

 

1. Exercise / Lose Weight

This is one of the most common New Year’s resolutions out there. People have many reasons for setting this goal; maybe they want to lose weight to improve their body image, or maybe they want to be healthier, or maybe they have a more specific goal in mind that exercise can help them achieve–like, say, running a marathon, or, in my case, hiking a volcano at the end of the year! Whatever your reasons are for getting in shape, we wish you the best, and have a few products that might help:

• Lemongrass Oil: Not as well-known or popular as some other essential oils, lemongrass oil has great energizing and stimulating properties, making it a good asset when you’re taking on your New Year’s resolution workouts. What’s more, it has been used in aromatherapy to relieve muscle aches too–a good quality when you overdo it!

 

2. Do Better At Work / Find A New Job

Some of you might be looking for a job that better suits your personal and family needs this year. Some of you are happy with the job you have, but want to improve your performance, receive better recognition for your accomplishments, or get along better with your colleagues. Whatever your work-related goals are, we hope you accomplish them! While we can’t wave any magic wands to grant someone the perfect job (though we would if we could), we do have some things that can help you out:

• Alpha-7: Designed as a men’s product, Alpha-7 contains AndrosteNONE and AndrosteRONE–two “alpha” pheromones that give the wearer an air of authority.
