1. Androstadienone

Androstadienone is a well-researched pheromone that is used in many pheromone and personal hygiene products, from pheromone perfumes to body washes. This pheromone is naturally found in the sweat of male humans, but it can be used by both men and women. Women who have used Androstadienone find that this pheromone improves their mood, and can even relieve some of the emotional symptoms of PMS.
