Resource Spotlight: The Love Scent Discussion Forum

Happy weekend, Love Scent fans!

Those of you who have been with us for a few years might be familiar with what we’re going to talk about today: the Love Scent discussion forum.

Part of the online Pheromone Information Library, the discussion forum is a place for pheromone users of all kinds – newbies and veterans, men and women, DIY enthusiasts and casual users, and everyone in between – to meet, discuss pheromones and their use, and get to know the world of pheromones and pheromone users a little bit better. It’s been around since the early 2000s and was the go-to online space for pheromone discussions for years.

In recent years, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites have drawn people away from discussion forums. And while we’re fans of social media of all kinds (we’re on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, after all), we also know that forums are usually just better at offering a space for open discussion. Yes, you can discuss different pheromones on Facebook and tweet at us and other pheromone fans on Twitter, but there’s something a lot more convenient and organized about having all your pheromone talk in one tidy, curated location, isn’t there? Nothing gets lost in the newsfeed or buried under a thousand other tweets on the same topic, and it’s easier to sift through older information that might be relevant to you.

So what does the Love Scent forum have to offer? Let’s take a look.

First of all, there are several different sub-forums for you to explore. There’s the general Pheromone Discussion forum, for everything from comparing different pheromones to getting advice on a particular product. Then there are more specific, tailored forums, like the Women’s Forum (where women can get advice on using pheromone and share experiences) and the Pheromone Research forum (for those interested in the science behind pheromones and pheromone products).

Some of the forums have a more practical focus, like the Customer Service Department’s forum (note: it’s usually easier and faster to get in touch with us directly), and some aren’t focused on pheromones as much as they are on our overall physical and spiritual health (because we know a lot of you are as interested in these topics as you are in pheromones). There’s also a suggestion box for sharing ideas on how to improve your experience here at Love Scent, and a search function if you’re after something specific.

Discussion forums like these are great places for you to meet and talk with pheromone users, share stories and experiences, get or give advice, and learn more about the history of pheromones and the many ways they’re currently used.

So who can benefit from visiting the discussion forum? Well, answer this one question: are you interested in pheromones in any way, shape, or form? If the answer is “yes,” then the forum has something to offer you.

If you’re new to pheromones and want to get more information on who uses pheromones and why, having a look through the forums and threads is a great way to get your bearings and get a better understanding of the products themselves and how they’re used.

If you’re a veteran who has been using pheromones for years, your advice and anecdotes can be an amazing asset to newbies who aren’t sure where to start. Pheromones can be an overwhelming topic, and sometimes it’s just plain easier to get advice from a fellow pheromone user.

If you’ve been using pheromones for a while and want to get more serious about finding the exact formula for you, maybe even by making your own DIY blends, you can reach out to other pheromone enthusiasts for advice, tips, anecdotes, and more.

If you have questions about a particular product (say, Edge or NPA or Essence of a Woman) and want to hear about other folks’ experiences with them, there’s sure to be someone in the forum who can help you out.

Basically, no matter how you’re using pheromones, how long you’ve been using them, or your level of interest, the discussion forum has something to offer you, and chances are good that you have something to offer the community, too.

In the future, we’ll be taking a look at some gems mined from the forum archives, and maybe even directing you to ongoing discussions about popular topics.

If you want to join the discussion, registration is very easy. Just click here, enter the necessary information, and join the conversation! We hope to see you around!
