17 Foods That Can Enhance Your Natural Pheromone Production

Last week a user asked in the comments if we could talk about foods that help natural pheromone production.  We were more than happy to oblige, so read on if you like to know more about the relationship between food and pheromones!

It is important to note that the best way to improve your attractiveness and natural pheromone production is to have a generally healthy and balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and get enough exercise to stay in shape.  If you already do these things, there are many different healthy foods you can incorporate into your diet to give you a natural phero-boost.  Mainly, these foods fall into two categories: foods high in zinc and foods high in vitamin E.  Both of these substances contribute to sex hormone production, and high levels of both have been attributed in many studies to higher sexual energy, sex hormone production, and attractiveness.

Foods High in Zinc

Here’s a list of great foods that are high in zinc.  Zinc contributes greatly to testosterone production, and can help increase libido, especially in men.  Note that you could also consider taking Zinc supplements in pill form if you don’t like any of these foods, but be careful that you don’t take any more than 40mg of zinc a day.  35-40 mg can produce great, noticeable results.  100 mg can be toxic!

1. Cooked Oysters

2. Beef and Lamb

3. Wheat Germ

4. Spinach (also high in vitamin E!)

5. Pumpkin and Squash Seeds

6. Cashews

7. Dark Chocolate

8. Mushrooms

There are plenty of other foods with high zinc content, so if nothing here sounds good to you, search around and you’ll surely find something.

Foods High in Vitamin E

Here are a few foods high in vitamin E.  Like zinc, you can also find vitamin E in pill form.  Vitamin E is so essential to sex hormone production that vitamin E supplements are often referred to as the “sex vitamin”.  Add a little vitamin E to your diet and you should start to see some great results, especially when combined with zinc and pheromone products from Love Scent!

1. Almonds

2. Turnip Greens

3. Kale

4. Hazelnuts

5. Avocados

6. Broccoli

7. Parsley

8. Papaya

9. Olives

Again, there are many more foods high in vitamin E, so you shouldn’t have trouble finding something you’ll like.  Now, go get some exercise, eat some spinach, and show the world you mean business!  As always, let us know in the comments if you have any more foods you know about that can help increase natural pheromone production, or if you have any topics you’d like us to cover.

  1. What foods are good for a women to eat so that a man with ED will want her more!

    • Hi Karen! It depends a bit on the man and what he responds to, but if you’re looking for something that increases women’s sex hormone (and therefore sex pheromone) levels, foods rich in Boron could do the trick! Raisins, dried apricots, prunes, avocados, and Brazil nuts are all good sources of Boron!

  2. Hi Cheyenne, you are spot on about zinc. I just wanted to share a few other foods rich in zinc:

    Brazil nuts (4.06 mg / 100g),

  3. Do u think coconut also?

Coconut has small amounts of Vitamin E and Zinc, and is a healthy food to begin with, so it certainly can’t hurt. However, the foods listed in the post have much higher quantities of both Vitamin E and Zinc.

  4. I’ve also heard that celery is good at creating feral moans. Can’t remember the article I read but it seemed pretty legit that celery increases pheromones.
